Which word processing program is used?

We use Microsoft Word for all editing.

What is the procedure for sending a document?

Send your document as a Microsoft Word attachment to our email.

We will calculate the price and invoice by e-mail.

You can pay the invoice via an online payment or a normal bank transfer. The invoice will include bank details for making a payment.

Your work is edited with ‘track changes’ and the document returned to you.

What is the time frame for receiving an edited document?

We aim to get all documents back to you within 8, 4 or 2 four working days according to your needs and receipt of the appropriate fee. Editing work can start as soon as the fee has been paid.

How will I see the changes that the editor has made to my document?

All amendments to your document made by the editor will be highlighted through the MS Word ‘Track Changes’ feature. It is recommend that you review each change individually. However, if you wish to accept all changes in the document, this is done by selecting: Review > Accept > Accept All Changes in Document.

How do I view the ‘Tracked Changes’ in MS Word 2013/14?

The ‘Track Changes’ highlights will not show automatically in MS Word 2013/14. To show changes:

Select the ‘Review’ tab on the main menu

Click on the drop down box that currently says ‘Simple Markup’

Select ‘All Markup’ from the options

What are your fees?

  • We charge 15 British Pounds per 1,000 words, for Turnaround time of 8 working days.
  • We charge 20 British pounds per 1,000 words, for Turnaround time of 4 working days.
  • We charge  25 British Pounds per 1,000 words, for Turnaround time of 2 working days.
